Exempt Status Statement
CCTI is an exempt institution pursuant to Section 94874 (b) of the California Education.
We only offer educational programs sponsored by a professional organization. Under Section 94874 (d)
(2) (c) we offer continuing education that is approved, certified, or sponsored by a bona fide
professional organization. Our programs are solely for the membership of the National Association for
Career Professionals (NACP).
